A Certainly Not ! There are no hidden fees, in addition all updates to your listing are free via the login centre
Q How long does it take for my business or commercial property to appear on the website?
A Your business or commercial property will be live within 24 hours of receipt of your details and payment

A Your business or commercial property will be featured on both of our websites www.realestatecommercial.com.au and www.primesite.com.au and we are continually updating our search engine listings on leading websites such as Google, Alta Vista, MSN and many others
Q Can I advertise in print and media outlets?
A Any additional advertising that you decide to use is of course your choice and you can add the property ID code to advertisements to direct enquiries to the website.
Q Who can advertise on the websites?
A The websites are open to the general public, real estate agents and developers for advertising
Q How long will my business or commercial property remain on the websites?
A Business and properties for sale remain on the websites until they are sold
Properties for lease are for 90 day periods
Q What do I do when a contract is about to be signed?
Instruct a firm of solicitors or Conveyancers to deal with the sale or lease
Q If someone makes an offer on my business or property am I obliged to accept?
A The simple answer is no, it is your decision alone to accept or refuse an offer

A If you withdraw your listing and wish to relist within a 3 month period there is a relist fee only of $110

A The industry standard is 6-8 months to sell a small business. We have seen some businesses sell in the first 2 months. For the best value we suggest listing your business for 6 or 12 months.
Q Can I advertise my business for sale confidentially?
A Yes. You are not required to disclose the name of your business, the location, your name or any other confidential information. Interested buyers will contact you through an online form. You will only receive phone calls from interested buyers if you choose to display a phone number. Your company name is never displayed anywhere on the website unless you choose to disclose it.
Q What information is required to post my business for sale?
A The following information is required to list your business for sale: Title of Ad, Business Category and Business Summary. You may choose to not disclose your location but it is not recommended. If you choose "Undisclosed" as your location you will limit the amount of leads from interested buyers.
Q How will interested buyers contact me?
A Interested buyers will send messages through our system and they will be sent directly to the email address you have on file with us. If you decide to disclose your telephone number interested buyers may call you as well.
